Candidate / Employee Onboarding
When a new employee or contractor joins your company, there is paperwork to do. Contracts to sign, agreements to made, information shared and collected.
If you hire occasionally, these tasks are not that overwhelming. However, if hiring is a regular part of your business operations, all of this paperwork can be very time consuming.
Zoho People has modules for Candidate and Employee Onboarding that can automate the entire process.

We recently completed a project with a large Recruiting firm that hires dozens of contractors each month. They now have a button that transfers data from Zoho Recruit to Zoho People and sends out an onboarding invitation. Their onboarding had multiple paths, which were differed by Job and Location and if they were an employee or not. This reduce data entry and simplified the process allowing HR to focus on other tasks.
Below are two views. The candidate logs in as often as they need to and see whatever you want them to see. This information is also visible to the HR person so they can manage this process.
